Naturalis is a travel company dedicated to providing our guests with the South East Asia's greatest nature expeditions and off the beaten track adventures.
We are an European expat couple (Luca & Mic) who have been living in Borneo for more than 7 years. Here, in this tropical environment, we enjoy the simple lifestyle and the extraordinary nature.
We have many years of experience in tourism and we have extensively travelled throughout the South East Asia and visited the most remote areas of Borneo.
We are happy to share our expertise and help our guests in planning bespoke holidays. As a Personal Travel Consultants we can offer a professional honest advice on all of the travel plans.
We have worked as a tour guides/tour leaders for many international companies and over the years we have developed an extensive knowledge and passion for wildlife. Tell us which wildlife species you wish to see and we will organize the ideal safari for you.
Naturalis is a specialist tour operator who caters wildlife enthusiasts, special interest groups and those are looking for an authentic travel experience.
We may not always be the cheapest, but we consistently offer a high quality service, so please do not make any comparison with any other local travel agents. Most of our journeys are organized in private basis with professional tour guide/tour leader. However, as a small company, our modest overheads make us good value for money. Being small also means we spend less time on admin, arcane procedures and management, freeing up more time to focus on clients.
Naturalis is a Latin word and literally translated means "Belonging to the Natural World" and our green logo represents a butterfly, which symbolizes creativity, freedom and evolution.
